![]() I’d also remove the shockwave plugin if you have it installed. Apparently Adobe added some code the Flash software to discourage users from installing their older applications. If that happens, then go to the programs and features link in the control panel and remove any Adobe Flash web browser plugin software. One thing you might run into as I have is getting a message that you have to go to Adobe and download some software to install it, which of course is not available any longer. Or you can just create a setup folder and then copy the contents of the DVD to the computer and then run the setup program off the computer, to install it. Lots of links on how to do that on the web. If that’s the case, you can make a USB installer. Is it that you don’t have a DVDrom drive on the computer you are using? So if you have the DVD, why is that an issue.
